Shinae is drawn to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) because she loves the way TCM understands the relationship between the body and disease.

TCM sees the body as a whole. Each part of the human body is inseparable from each other and also influenced upon each other and by the environment.

She is fascinated that this medicine can recognize even the most subtle imbalances within the body and help regain its healthy equilibrium. She wants to share her experience and knowledge with patients to provide them with a deeper understanding of their own body to maintain a healthy balance.

Shinae graduated with her Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) degree from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, CA. Although she can help patients with a variety of ailments, her focus is in pain management, facial rejuvenation acupuncture and women’s health.

In her spare time she tries to maintain a regular yoga practice.
